Gute Lage, netter Vermieter. Schöne Wohnung

Der Vormieter hat geraucht, obwohl es nicht gestattet war. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts und hat sich sehr um eine Lösung gekümmert.

Die Heizung war beim Ankunft ausgeschaltet, deshalb war sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Es hat gedauert bis die Wohnung aufgewärmt wurde, aber danach war warm.

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen. Nicht weit vom Bodensee entfernt. Im Ort gibt es gute Restaurants und einen Bäcker. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir konnten die Tiefgarage für unsere Räder nutzen. Super, dass wir keinen Hausschlüssel benötigt haben.

Sofa auf der Veranda müsste erneuert werden (Kunstleder blättert ab). Im Gäste WC fehlt ein Handtuchhalter. Es waren zu wenig Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief sehr langsam ab. Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden, es fehlte nur eine Schere. Schade, dass die Aussicht durch andere Häuser etwas beeinträchtigt wird.

"Schöner Festspielbesuch"

Sehr schöne und geräumige Dachterrassenwohnung im Zentrum von Lochau. Bäcker gleich ums Eck, der auch sonntags offen hat. Alles da, eas man braucht, sehr schön! In einer knappen Stunde ist man zu Fuss wunderschön am See entlang in Bregenz bzw. bei der Seebühne.
