In the middle of the old town. Close to everything important. Very friendly hosts.

The apartament was very clean, and everything was exactly like in the description. Owners are really nice, kind and helpful people. Amazing location! If we ever come back to Lovran, we certainly will pick this place for our stay.

Should have stayed longer...

Fran the host was very kind, the studio apartment was more comfortable than expected, location was excellent.

Everything was okay, only a small remark for new guests: it’s not so easy to find a parking place next to the apartment. As the studio apartment is in the attic of the house, it has no view to the ambient from the roof windows, but it is normal in such apartments.

-Very nice owner -Well equipped apartment and very clean -Directly in the old town of Lovran, with lots of eating and drinking options nearby including a great local bakery. -Close to the beach

-We were in the second apartment which was in the attic. It is a bit rough carrying the luggage to the second floor because of the narrow staircase. Furthermore the height of the apartment is not great due to the pitched roof. I bumped my head twice in four days. I have seen quite a few marks on the wall as well so I guess I am not the first person who bumped his head. This point will not apply to apartment one on the first floor. It gets also insanely hot in the attic, there is no role shutter in the bathroom. This is definitely not an apartment for you, if you don't tolerate air conditioning well. -Public parking was difficult and we only found a parking space further away (20 minutes by foot) from the apartment. It must be horrible during the main season.
