Brownstone Guesthouses Seabeach

The owner/manager helped me out when I needed a place to crash after a very stressful day. And, was able to secure a return taxi ride back to the airport for a very early flight the next day. My room was very clean and comfortable and I could not have had a better night’s sleep. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Everything was comfortable and secure and I have no complaints.

Proximity to a small beach that is not very popular because it's a bit rocky when the tide is low. Proximity to bus stops going downtown while being isolated from the main road that is a bit noisy. Having a pool in the backyard was great.

The kitchenette was under equiped forcing one to be creative with the utensils (using pots as bowl in some instances). There was only one cloth, meaning this cloth is the one used to dry your hands and wash the dishes.

Decent location, walkable to several beaches and restaurants. Not in a 'tourist' area, set in amongst local homes. Nothing spectacular, good for a couple nights stay. Any more and I'd probably look for something more.

Pretty dark inside, not much natural light. The many security features are nice but also mildly unsettling that they're needed (multiple gates, two doors, bars on windows). Didn't feel unsafe but also wasn't entirely comfortable. But I understand the need.

Close to shops and restaurants.

Stayed 1 night. Overall it is cozy and welcoming. Very clean, there is a swimming pool in the back yard. We liked the place. There are couple restaurants nearby with pretty good local food.

It is located in the residential area and we recommend to have a car to get around. Grocery store is not within walking distance.
