it is a basement flat and this is NOT mentioned in the advert. I did feel it strange that the curtains are all drawn on the photos but only saw the reason why on arrival This misrepresentation needs to be investigated to avoid other customers from falling into the same trap. Dampness is also a problem which the neighbours confirmed to us without asking. The deletion of the bath tub drain plug and hand basin drain plug were puzzling There is one AC unit for four rooms so it’s not surprising that it’s dehumidifier capacity is stretched. I found numerous “ Above ground” apartments of better quality and around 50% less cost ( This was approx. €2800 for 30 days)

We loved everything about the apartment. It was perfect in size, had all the facilities one would expect in a kitchen including a washing machine with a dryer and a dishwasher. It was clean, not overpowering in its furniture and furnishings. Great location - very quiet and very close to amenities.

There was nothing that we disliked or detested and we loved our stay.
