Our KoBi Apartment was light and well planned and equipped. Our hostess Sam was prompt and helpful with assistance and check in. It is in a convenient location for access to Lucerne’s many highlights.

We’re not happy with having to deposit a night’s accommodation cost as a bond when we have already paid for the accommodation and have a history with Booking.com of being good clients. Now we have to keep checking for reimbursement. A chore not needed on a busy holiday.
