Central location and very spacious with bedroom separate from living area and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is clean and functional. TV capable of loading Apple TV. Staff were very helpful and accommodating on all requests, with very prompt responses to WhatsApp messages.

We missed having a microwave. We were on the 4th floor and lift stops at the third but luckily staff helped us in and we managed coming out without any issues.

My stay at this property was deeply disappointing on multiple levels, and I would not recommend it to anyone—especially at the price charged. Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The sofa bed was short, unstable, and only suitable for children, not adults. The noise levels were unacceptable: street noise, a restaurant/bar downstairs, early‑morning street cleaning, trash trucks around 5:30 am, and church bells ringing every 15 minutes throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. Reaching the property was also unnecessarily difficult. The address was confusing, there are multiple apartments with the same name, and no clear instructions were provided. We struggled to locate the correct building. Communication with the host, Christine, was unprofessional and unhelpful. When we asked for clarification, her responses were dismissive and easily irritated. Despite informing her of our arrival time and requesting early check‑in, we were left waiting outside in the cold for more than two hours before being allowed in around 1:30 pm. The lift was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. The apartment itself was very small and basic, with no mountain view as it is located in an alley. The toilet was not properly cleaned on arrival, and the facilities were minimal—no toiletries or slippers, only a basic combined shampoo/shower gel. There was no TV, no washing machine, and the curtains did not block light. Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent, including delays in explaining the deposit refund process. Before receiving the door code, we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax of CHF 4.50, despite having already paid the full room price. Overall, the price‑performance ratio is extremely poor, and the experience did not meet the standards expected for the rate charged.
