Penthouse 37 - Nelson Waterfront Apartment

Absolutely stunning views. It is located opposite port so much to see. Close to beach and restaurants across the road and nearby. Close to city . The apartment was massive and pure luxury. Beds are so comfortable and furnished beautifully. Just can't say anything bad. Everything was PERFECT.

Was met across the road, explained how to get into the garage and then took us through all aspects of the apartment. Excellent service

Nothing everything was great. The management company representative was excellent.

The Penthouse was outstanding in every aspect with Luxury fittings, hot powerful showers, very comfortable beds, quiet aircons and lots of space. The view across the bay, harbour and working port was fascinating. We loved the outdoor terrace with the shade awnings. No road noise as double glazed picturecwindiws.

The only thing I would change is to have black out blinds in the bedrooms.

Absolutely stunning view. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, immaculate, modern and clean. Great coffee machine too. Check-in was super easy with Gabi and we were able to check-in earlier due to apartment being ready. Gabi is an absolute delight showing us all we needed to know. Great eateries across the road, The Styx and Boat Shed Cafe - yum, and only a 10 minute walk into Nelson CBD. There is also a bus stop right outside. Minimal traffic and port noise when on deck however neither were heard when inside and closed up.

While the blinds provided privacy and sunblock during the day, they provided no blackout in the bedrooms at night leaving them very light.

Spacious, clean and modern. Good location fairly close to the centre. Great view!

Great views, very nicely appointed.

The parking was hard to find and tricky to get in and out of. The location, while affording a marvelous view was a bit out of the way from the town center.
