Boa localização, limpeza bem feita e apartamento atende as expectativas de conforto, básico. Apartamento bem equipado, com cozinha básica.

Paredes muito finas, conseguimos ouvir o barulho dos apartamentos ao lado e do corredor, incomodava durante a noite. Tivemos um dia sem água quente, mas foi um problema geral no prédio. Cama estava fazendo barulho, e precisa de manutenção.
