The showeres worked with a thermal storage tank. We were three people and had a lot of difficulty managing showers, since the hot water didn't last a long time, and we had to wait long periods of time in-between showers so we could have hot water. This was overall not a pleasant experience. We were only a group of three, I can't imagine how a family of six (which is the maximum capacity of the apartment we were staying at) would manage.

The location is great everything else is not worth.

Hidden costs, unsafe lock, poor service, and an apartment that is far too small for four people. We were charged an extra 50 EUR for check-in after 21:00, even though we arrived at 20:55 and were already standing in front of the apartment. Because we hadn’t called beforehand, we were still forced to pay this fee — a completely unnecessary and misleading “service charge.” On the first evening, the lock did not work properly. The key could open the door, but it could not lock it again. We spent 1–2 hours trying to fix the issue together with their staff. Even the employee confirmed that the lock was not functioning correctly. Despite that, the administration later told us—without any empathy—that “everything is fine.” The attitude was extremely arrogant and dismissive. The apartment is advertised for four people, but it is much too small for that. One of the “double beds” is far too narrow for two adults. Two people simply cannot sleep there comfortably. The mattress is extremely thin and the entire bed feels unstable and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect is the location. Everything else is not worth the price, unfortunately.

Un desastre! No vayan!

Para entregar las llaves, a pesar de que avisamos 30 minutos antes y también 10 minutos antes, luego de nuevo una vez allí, tuvimos que esperar que lleguen más de 15 minutos. Llegamos a las 19:30 y el piso todavía no estaba limpio.. tuvimos que esperar que lo terminen de limpiar. Una vez logramos entrar: empezó la peor parte de la decepción. El wifi no funciona, en absoluto. Y tampoco hay recepción móvil en el piso, no agarra señal ninguna compañía de celular, así que preparense para estar totalmente aislados y desconectados mientras estén ahí. La ubicación es literalmente la peor parte de Madrid, llena de discotecas, tiendas XXX, y los fines de semana sobre todo se vuelve desagradable totalmente. Aire acondicionado HAY SÓLO EN EL SALÓN!! LAS HABITACIONES NO TIENEN. Y sólo una de las habitaciones tiene ventilador. La otra absolutamente nada, ni siquiera ventanas. El baño no sólo no tenía papel higiénico: tampoco había donde ponerlo. No tiene ni siquiera un porta papel higiénico, la mezquindad del alojamiento va a ese nivel. No papel, olvídense de servilletas, algún jaboncito, nada.. Pero bueno, eso es lo de menos. No anda el wifi, no hay internet en los móviles dentro del piso, no dan papel higiénico, el servicio es pésimo, contestan de mala gana, tardan en entregarte las llaves. No vayan!!

L'appartamento non era pulito(briciole a terra e sul piano della cucina, coprimaterasso del divano letto macchiato e addirittura un preservativo usato appeso al divano letto) Camere da letto minuscole e una addirittura con vetrate fisse quindi caldissima nei giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Alla nostra richiesta di ripulire l'appartamento lo staff ha subito provveduto ma purtroppo al nostro rientro in appartamento la situazione era identica, addirittura il preservativo usato era esattamente dove l'avevamo trovato al nostro arrivo! Peccato perché la posizione è davvero favolosa e l'appartamento non è male, adatto a 4 persone...non di più... Noi eravamo in 6 adulti!
