Harbour View - One

The view and location was fantastic.

Unsafe steps within the appartments. Min tread on steps in Australia is 225mm, first tread down from bathroom was only 160mm wide, due to slipiness of stairs with high gloss varnish there was a Very high risk of falling. Access to the apartment up extremely steep road and driveway was not made clear in booking.com website, the drop off from road and driveway was unprotected. Noise from upstairs apartment, no soundproofing between appartments. bed was way too small. For the premium that we paid, we are very dissatisfied with the apartment and recommend rectification of stairs, guarding of drop off road and driveway, new larger bed, and more honest advertising on what is being offered to booking.com customers.

Location and how the property was open plan. Also the dryer and washing machine were a plus with the added addition of the soap powder.

Sun loungers would of been nice to relax in the sun

the view was spectacular, everything about the apartment was amazing the layout the furniture the windows the deck, couldn't ask for any better. Would definitely stay again

the driveway a little challenging for our big car but got used to it after a couple goes

Lovely apartment with stunning views over the harbour. The location is great within walking distance of some lovely restaurants.

Loved everything: the view, the furnishings, the appliances, the water pressure, the view, all the little things that we needed were there, the view, the local restaurant The Boat Shed, the view, the bed and the view from the bed.

The very steep road/driveway came as a bit of a surprise but we rose to the challenge and by the end of the stay were better at navigating the difficult gradient and getting in and out of the carport. Of course you don't get those fabulous views without some height. Dragging up the thankfully empty rubbish bin from the road way below was a workout but I managed it! Rather proud of myself (not so young any more!)

This is stunning place to stay with fantastic views of the harbour absolute must stay if staying in Nelson
