Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem liegt sie superzentral und ist damit perfekt für Stadtbesichtigungen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert und es gibt eine Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern, was sehr angenehm ist. Wir waren als Familie dort und können sie auch für vier Personen absolut weiterempfehlen.

The location was great. The beds only have a fitted sheet, but the comforters are fluffy and very comfortable. I requested extra pillows, and they were appreciated. We like supportive yet soft beds. These did leave my hips a little sore, but they're really not bad. It is wonderful to have a washer available and a small kitchenette for my morning smooties. The host was nice to deal with and responsive. They gave area recommendations and arranged a ride to the airport.

Awesome place but…listing needs to specify (for those used to the first floor being #1) that you have to climb 3 floors on some steep stairs. Which is tiring after a long day and almost impossible with heavy luggage. (It was quite difficult to say the least to get my suitcase down when I left by myself.) Multiple hooks in bathroom and living area would help a lot. Clarify that there is no dryer in the listing A dehumidifier or damp-rid bags might help clothes that seem to never dry. Multiple clothes drying racks or retractable clothes lines would be appreciated. Definitely stress that there is limited hot water & we had to do “camping showers” where water is turned off to soap up, etc.

It can be noisy from the street if you sleep with the patio doors open. It didn’t worry us but due to location with bars and clubs in the street you get passing revellers and the sound carries up .

La ubicación es céntrica, cerca de Puerta del Sol. Fui en invierno y la habitación se mantenía muy bien temperada.

La construcción es muy antigua. Las escaleras son particularmente peligrosas, tienen un desgaste de pendiente que aumenta el riesgo de caerse. No se recomienda para personas mayores ni niños. El hervidor tenía muchas partículas peasdas que quedaban suspendidas en el agua. La televisión no funcionó ningún día, los cables estaban en mal estado. Las camas se entregaron solo con la sábana de la base, no para cubrirse.
