Great location, within 3–5 minutes’ walking distance from the gondola. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen appliances are of good quality. The washing machine and dryer also appear to be good quality, although I did not use them during my stay.

The windows face the parking area, which significantly reduces privacy. There are blinders, but using them blocks most of the natural light. The windows also lack curtains, which would allow both privacy and daylight. In addition, there is no proper space for hanging clothes; there is only a small hanger on the entrance door, which is impractical for winter clothing. The wardrobe also lacks adequate hanging space.
