Great apartment with excellent location (Calle Fuencarral/Gran Via/Chueca)

The apartment is in a great location. The host was really helpful, waited for us at the address with the keys, showed us around and let us stay a couple extra hours after check out time. The flat, especially the kitchen is really well-equipped.

The place was not well maintained and cleaned. -the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival, its filter was not in place and was dirty, the sprinkler arms were clogged with bones, broken glass pieces, seeds, etc. -the washer also wasn't clean -the ACs were not cleaned recently, were dusty and emitted unpleasant odour, one of the remotes didn't work -most of the surfaces were dusty -the shower was moldy -the walls, door frames, handles were dirty -one of the towels was discolored -there were some stains on the sofa. -the floor wasn't immaculate either. The lights were stylish but not functional. Most places were dimly lit. The dining table had basically no lighting. There were many light switches that did not do anything. The flat had natural light but no views. All windows were facing atriums, most of the inside of the apartment could be seen from the neighboring flats windows if the blinds were open.

The location was perfect, César is very helpful and gentel.

Excellent location for any purpose in Madrid. Central and well connected by public transport. The apartment is very comfortable, good for a longer stay, with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished rooms. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Even though the location is in a vibrant and crowded neighborhood its inner orientation makes it quiet and peaceful.

The apartment in in a great position in Madrid. For an italian good cooking lover it is one of the best i visited for cooking equipments. The crew is very very kind and try to support all your need.

Too short stay in Madrid

Everything was prefect! The apartment was central but so quiet. We were met early do we could leave our luggage which was so helpful. Wonderful apartment
