Le bruit , manque d’insonorisation. Les voisins bruyants , les chasses d’eau et les douches. Le manque de rideau ou volet pour dormir.

We had an extremely bad experience with this accommodation in Madrid. At the time of booking, we clearly informed the host that our arrival time would be between 23:00 and 00:00, and we even arrived earlier than expected. Despite this, the host did not meet us or provide access to the apartment. When we contacted him, he refused to assist, stating that he is “not obliged to respond late at night,” even though our arrival time was clearly stated and agreed in advance. With the help of local people, we tried to access the accommodation, but without any success. As a result, we were left without accommodation with two small children on the street until after midnight, which was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation. In addition, we still have not received a refund, even though the accommodation was fully paid and the service was not provided. We consider this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when traveling with a family and small children.

CASA MOLTO CARINA, NON MANCAVA QUASI NIENTE, SOLO IL BIDET... PERò CONSIGLIATA, VICINO AL CENTRO, SUPERMERCATI E METRO..OTTIMO QUALITà PREZZO..DIREI TOP.

Todo excelente. La limpieza impecable, los detalles, el equipamiento, la cama.....todo perfecto. Cuando vuelva a Madrid trataré de repetir como sea!!!!

Por poner un pero constructivo....las ventanas del salón y baño no tienen ni persiana ni cortina y eso hace que si algún día no tienes prisa por levantarte....te despiertes con la luz natural de la mañana. Sería interesante que contarán con cortinas para decidir uno cuando se levanta☺️☺️

Very good location, close to the city center and also close to many parks and a metro station. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

The bathroom was quite small and only a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom. Not too bad, but just to be aware. If you’re not with the family, could be a privacy discomfort.

Era muy práctico, estaba muy limpio , todo nuevo , colchón bueno , anfitrión excelente

Todo. El departamento, impecable. Cómodo, limpio, muy bonito. Todo nuevo y muy bien equipado. La administradora muy eficaz y una excelente persona. La ubicación es fabulosa.
