everything was great, clean, host helped us with some suggestions and maps of Metro etc

The host gave us very clear and easy instructions for the wifi door lock, and finding the place. Also really helpful photos of local area, travel ideas for the metro and buses….great communication. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The area was really quiet…cafés and shops nearby.

I liked the modern apartment and the location was right opposite the bus stop. it was easy to travel from the apartment to any area in the city. we had a great stay and Jesus was very attentive. There were many supermarkets close to the apartment so that we could buy anything we need.

Location

The light from the toilet. That for one week we had only one body towel and one face towel per person. And also only one toilet paper per person. The air-conditioning was closing by itself.

The apartment was well equipped for a couple days stay and located close to public transport. The entrance was based on a key code, which gave us some extra flexibility on the first day.

Unfortunately a lot of things went wrong and I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others. First there was no toilet paper when we arrived and it was only replaced on the next day, which required the host to enter the apartment without us present and all our things inside (nothing happened but we prefer our pricacy). The water was not hot enought for a comfortable quick shower and got really cold in the second quick shower in a row. Also we found a cockroach in the shower floor. We understand that this kind of thing may happened but what we dislike the most was the customer service from the hosts, because they didn't provid enough attention to our complaints about the showers in the first day and completely ignored our message on the second day about the cockroach and the second complaint about the hot water.

It's a very cosy and modern apartment, I spent a month there and felt at home. The 500 bus takes you to Plaza España in about 15 minutes so the location is good. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby too!

Some of the kitchen utensils and pans could be better, especially for people staying for longer periods.

Very comfortable, great attentive Jesus was on top pf things. Terrific little gift and flower shoppe and near groceries and small but inclusive markets.
