The location is superb, in a nice area with bars, stores and restaurants, at walking distance from all the central checkpoints in Madrid, Puerta del Sol (and Metro station) only minutes away. The apartment is spacious, and very clean, it has all the appliances you need (hairdryer, TV, washing machine...), the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and appliances, and you have two bathrooms (very handy for families). The host is very nice, she welcomed us and met a small special request we had, was available for all our questions and responded in short notice. It is on a 4th floor, but well worth climbing those stairs!

The building is older, so the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors sometimes (and suppose they can hear you as well).

Location, spacious apartment , staff was really nice and they kept informing us about everything.

Heating was A/C so it was cold every time we came in the house. The building was really old. One of the bathrooms had a problem with pipes, water couldn't go down the shower and it was coming back in the shower, so the smell was quite bad.

Smelly when we came, very bad pillow, 4th floor 82 high stairs, we have to order for a hand may and pay for it.
