dPLACE To Be - Luxury Apartment in Historic Center

The location would be hard to beat. Walking distance to Mercado San Miguel and other historic sites.

The apartment was smaller than expected and lacked windows. The only window to the street was in one of the bedrooms. For the price we paid, I was disappointed. The pictures online aren’t of the same apartment.

I didn’t realise how perfectly central the location was until we arrived! Only a short walk to all the main attractions. The appartment was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The apartment was located in a convenient location in historical areas, walkable to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The apartment was clean and nicely equipped. The check-in process was easy and the owners were very responsible and helpful.

The beds could be better as the slats kept falling out of the frame. However the owner did say they were replacing the bed frames and they sent maintenance to help place slats back into place.

The location was exceptional and the apartment looked like the photos. Two days before we checked in we were told that there was scaffolding around the building and we would be unable to go out on the balcony. We did try and open the doors to get some fresh air and all the building dust came inside so that was not ideal. We were close to everything and it was an easy walk from the train station so would stay again if I was in Madrid.

Bed wasn't amazing in the second bedroom. Dust from the building that was happening outside was an issue.

Central and close to almost everything.

Location, location, location

Not as clean as expected. Shower not consistently warm. Not enough assessories in the kitchen. Not luxury as stayed in the promotion

Great Location in the Heart of Madrid. Brand new apartment. Feels like a Home. 💖
