"Very good location"

The location is very good. The apartment is functional. The host is helpful.

A little bit noisy because of the busy road in front of the building. Also a bit expensive (198 euro for one night).

La ubicación es excelente y ingreso y la salida de la propiedad son muy prácticas y ágiles. El departamento está lindo y cuidado.

La caldera en determinados momentos del día no anda. Sobre todo por la tarde marca una error de presión y se apaga apenas abrir las canillas. Por lo que hay gran parte del día en que uno no se puede duchar a menos que sea con agua fría

"We really enjoyed Madrid and the location of this apartment was perfect for our needs."

The location was terrific, very close to many historic places. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately, the building was still under renovations, so there was scaffolding outside all our windows. A few more towels for the bathrooms would have been helpful.

Todo perfecto , calidad , precio y ubicacion sobre todo. Importante el sofa cama de 10 , comodisimo , hay en otros sitios que te ponen un sofa cama que pareces que duermes en una piedra , incluso no son sofas cama solo se bajan el apoyo pero en esta ocasion el sofa cama es perfecto y comodo. Un acierto familiar , volveremos.

La limpieza, el polvo estaba por todas partes. Éramos 5 y solo habían 4 camas, el 5°tenia que dormir en el sofá, pero era muy incómodo, por lo que 3 compartieron cama... Sólo habían 4 cucharillas de postre
