The apartment was very central. It was very clean. The patio was great for sunny days. It had a lift as it was on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet.

More mirrors in the bedrooms near power sockets. The tv had no English channels. Only one small tea towel. Basic provisions should have been provided i.e. washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and milk for the day of arrival. Only one person could use the shower at a time as the water was scalding if more than one used it.

Grand appartement idéal pour 4 couples. Nous avons apprécié les 4 chambres, les literies de bonne qualité, les 3 salles de bain petites mais fonctionnelles. La pièce à vivre avec sa grande table permet de déjeuner confortablement à 8. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Madrid à pied, supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. La communication avec le gestionnaire via Booking a toujours été rapide et très agréable. Produits d’hygiène dans les salles de bain et dans la cuisine à disposition ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. Même si nous n’avons rencontré personne lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ les consignes reçues étaient très claires.

Location was central, close to main attractions. Apartment is as spacious as advertised. Good all day and night hot water. Nice balcony. Quiet, given the higher floor.

The elevator/lift was faulty. We booked the property as there was an elevator access to the 5th floor property, but the elevator kept getting stuck most of the times it was used. Luckily it did not stop while we were in it. This was inconvenient as we had person with arthritis and joint replacements in our party. Also, although the contact person responded to any queries, there was a delay of about an hour before they responded. The online link they provided for unlocking the main door on the street (at check-in) did not work and their response was not prompt to sort this out.
