La ubicación. Junto a la boca de metro y a poco tiempo a pie de Lavapiés, La Latina y plaza Mayor.

Si quieres dormir con las ventanas abiertas, es algo ruidoso.

Emplacement vraiment au top! Facile d'accès en voiture, parking pas loin. C'est bruyant (fenêtres ouvertes) mais on est en ville donc c'est comme ça. Fenêtres fermées pas de problème. Literie confortable!

Odeur horrible d'égouts venant de la salle de bain !!! Équipements cuisine très basiques ( pas de sel et pas de tire -bouchon, pas de verre à vin, pas de sacs poubelles en rab...). Canapé lit pas très confortable. Climatisation chambre près de la salle de bain très bruyante.

Good apartment in a good location and at a good price. The owner allowed us to put our luggage before check-in time. There is a washing machine and dryer. Great value for money.

Bad smell in the bathroom. The pull-out bed in the small room is unstable.
