Aelia Luxury Apartments

The apartment was incredible! Every room was spotless, and there was free parking right at the house. The hosts were kind, polite, and friendly, and they even gave us great suggestions for places to visit. They were thoughtful enough to let us leave our luggage at the reception on the last day, so we could go to the beach instead of leaving it in the car. The city beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartments, which is a huge plus. Overall, the hosts and apartment made our stay unforgettable!

Perfect!!! A heavenly place! I really liked it!!! It felt like we were in a 5-star department and at the same time at home in a loving family. The owners are caring, attentive and very kind and welcoming. The room is thought out to the smallest detail. I'll start with the fact that we had a late flight and we were checked in at night, the owner personally waited for us and took us to the room upon arrival. Perfect cleanliness!!! It felt like we were the first guests in this room. Fashionable and thoughtful interior. Snow-white ironed bed linen, snow-white towels. Very pleasant aroma. High-quality expensive dishes were a pleasant surprise. It was a pleasure to be in the room. Our room was cleaned every day, and also during the week there was a change of towels and bed linen. The cleaning girls are professionals in their field. Returning from the beach, we always entered a perfectly cleaned room. wonderful territory. close to the beach. to the shops. we are very pleased and definitely attention!!! already told all friends and acquaintances about this wonderful place. thanks to the owners. they are building in a truly wonderful place!!!

In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem dicht an der Strandpromenade. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Inhaber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Halterung für den Duschkopf höhenverstellbar wäre.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the restaurants. The room was nice and clean and we had private parking. The owners are very accommodating. Would visit again.

Cijeli kompleks je veoma lijepo osmišljen i na dobroj lokaciji u Nikitiju. Apartman prostran, veoma čist i moderno opremljen. Kreveti udobni, posteljina i peškiri redovno mijenjani. Velike terase na kojima smo se družili i uživali. Domaćini ljubazni i gostoprimljivi. Tople preporuke. 🤗🥰

Oh, we loved it there. It felt like home, cosy and comfortable! The apartment has everything you can possibly need, it is small but everything is very well thought and organised, so the size didn't bother us. They even have a toaster. The coffee machine was super easy to handle, the fridge is big enough to store groceries for a couple of days. You have a big two storey Greek supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is 2 minutes away. The restaurants near the beach are amazing, and Gyromania is super fast and tasty. The beach is absolutely fantastic, just a bit of pebbles, but not too many, it is mostly sandy and if you go along the beach you can find sandy spots only. The unit is cleaned every 3 days, they change the sheets and the towels, which were spotless, I must say. The beds are big and comfortable. The shower is a bit small, though. The Internet is very good. The facilities are great, everything works perfectly fine. The hosts are super nice, helpful, and friendly, and they speak English very well. We are happy to have stayed at Aelia, It's a great place to build beautiful memories!
