Maison agréable, propre, disposant de tout le nécessaire. Climatisation dans chaque pièce de vie. Proche des plages et commerces. Bons échanges avec les propriétaires, vraiment disponibles et à l'écoute.

Everything was good. Very pleasant host and very clean room. Close to shops and beach.

I couldn't cook on the grill, but that wasn't because of the host. It was fie restriction on that area.

"Perfect place for perfect vacation."

Paressa's house was a wonderful place to stay and spend our vacation in Nikiti. The accommodation was perfect: there were 3 AC units in the apartment, the large balcony with the sea view, and a free parking for two cars. The beach was 5 minutes away. The shops and bakery were also very close. The hosts (Sofia, Panagiotis, and Paressa) were so kind and helpful with any request we had. Even though Panagiotis doesn't speak English, we were able to communicate and get along very well (with a little help of ouzo and tsipouro). I highly recommend Paressa's house to everyone who plans to visit Nikiti.

Only one bathroom per 7 people (but the outside shower was very helpful).

Paressa’s House is a hidden gem among the several places to stay in Nikiti. My mother and I had an entire apartment suite to ourselves above the couple living in the space underneath us. Sofia (the host) and her whole family, are extremely kind. Full kitchen, nice living room, and a very nice and large terrace we could relax on. It was perfect for my Mother to relax for her first time in Greece. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. My mother was shocked at the price when I showed her (in a good way).
