A localização do apartamento não era má, mas o bairro onde se insere era um pouco duvidoso e não transmitia muito conforto para andar a pé pela noite.

O apartamento estava imundo, não mudaram a roupa da cama antes de irmos, cheio de humidade, cheirava super mal tanto dentro do apartamento como no espaço de fora (ainda dentro do prédio), não tinha qualquer tipo de isolamento sonoro, a colcha estava manchada. Não gostamos nada e não recomendamos a ninguém.
