I found the apartment good condition, everything was very well organized, location is also well according to reach other places to visit.

To locate the owner of the house, to get it open the door. I think that has to be changed because families went there from far and if this kind of situation will abrupt then panic will create. Booking.com should mentioned this in their web portal, how to access the owner or who will give you the apartment keys.
