Laura Studio - Central

The size of the room, a lot of facilities, location, easy to find and the instructions left by the host were excellent. No problems whatsoever (even though you are in the center of the town, the location is very silent!)

Not a big fan of the bed location. But otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The location of the studio, it was right in the town center.

I didn't like the bed, for a huge bed, there were only two soft small pillows, no extra sheets,. there is a problem related to mosquitoes, I had been bitten every single night with no repellent available, I had to go back in the times and use some vinegar, sleeping in the vinegar smell the whole time. The only furniture in the house is full of dust, I cannot understand why the previous guests mentioned that this studio is very clean. In order to get into bed, you need to climb some wooden stairs that are very noisy, dusty and old, no maintenance was done in the last years, I was afraid to walk on them because of splinters. They ask you to use the terrace for smoking, not sure about others but I thought that the terrace is only for my personal use...not the case...while smoking a cigarette I found myself with a lady that works in a translation office next to my door and she is using the same space for smoking - translation office owned by the same lady that owns the studio - Laura studio - Laura translation office. The AC unit, besides the fact that it's very old and outdated, you had to wait for 4 - 5 hours of running before feeling a difference because of the high roof and old AC unit. The condense left by the external AC unit was collected in a small ceramic bowl that got filled and the water was dripping on the old building walls, creating damage, so I had to find a solution by using the floor cleaning bucket as it was bigger. The terrace is crowded with pigeons and disturbed by Chinese food smell and garbage smell because the garbage is being collected under the terrace. Overall, the studio is located in a good area but it does not deserve a 9-star rating because of the cleaning state and old facilities. The TV was bad configured, in order to find a good channel, you had to skip multiple scrambled channels. The Wifi is very bad, 4mb download speed. no clothes rack available, just a wire on the smelly terrace.

Location is absolutely great, in the very center of town, with a lovely restaurant and cafés nearby. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is equipped. Bathroom is renovated too.

The stairs to the gallery where the bed is are really squeaking and creaking so the other person wakes up if you use it at night to go to the bathroom, for example... There's a "pullable" kitchen table, but it's quite small and not very comfortable for eating a real meal, if you are not by yourself.

Excellent location, right in the city center. The apartment has all the facilities (hair dryer, towels, kitchen with ustensils, fridge, wifi etc). We felt at home :)

Excellent location.

Cool apartment, quite comfortable and well appointed. Located in the center, in a good area, many restaurants around, shops, and access to transport. Very kind host. Perfect price/quality ratio.

For a longer stay, the washing machine is missing. Everything else was fine.
