Modern berendezés. Fix parkoló hely. Kocsival pàr perc a Belváros.

A lègkondi alig működött a nappaliban. A hàlószobàban nem volt lègkondi ès egèsz dèlutàn tűzi a nap a szobàt. Nagyon nagyon meleg volt. Fel kellene tüntetni, hogy a lakás a negyedik emeleten van, lift nincs. A lèpcsőhàzban èmelyìtő macskapisi szag volt. Borzalmas volt. Ha szellőztettünk az ablakon àt jött be a szag. A lakás modern, de a környèk nem túl bizalomgerjesztő. Jó lett volna a hàlóban egy olvasólàmpa, a fürdőben törölköző tartó. Ès akkor az utolsó reggel talàltunk egy lakót is🙁
