The location, a few meters apart from El Retiro and in one of the best neighborhoods from Madrid.

It's said in the description of the apartment that it's 55m2. However it feels smaller than that. There is a certificate from an architect hanging in one wall that states that the apartment has 35,96m2. There is only one window in the whole apartment, the one shown in the pictures. Neither the bathroom nor the bedroom have direct window.
