I got the wrong apartment that I ordered. It was changed only after two days. This required additional work and time from me. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential block, 2 meters from the bus stop. This is not a comfortable situation to rest. You can't open the windows - passersby walk directly next to your bed. The boy from the service who took care of us was untimely - he was regularly late. I advise avoiding this place

This is a very well designed apartment, small with everything including for a comfortable, long stay. There are big oven, stove, all kitchen utensils. Dias is across street,small but has everything one needs including fresh bread and pastries in the morning. mercando and Lild are 15 minutes walk and they are huge. Chamartin station is 1 metro stop away and provides ease of metro transfer or day trip to Northern towns such as Segotiva. Host is super nice and very responsive.

it takes 20 minutes plus to get to Madrid center on metro. line 10. No transfer to many places. But, to Sol station (plaza Mayor) need to transfer. Google map shows transfer at Tribunal which is very lengthy. we only learned on the last day that we could transfer at Charmatin which is much easier.

Very clean, very well equipped, looks new, well communicated with the city centre.

In short: don't book it lest an owner plays the same "victim" game as he played with me! You'll find a similar or better option somewhere else. At first everything was fine and I even wanted to write a good review... The only thing that bothered me a bit - the flat is located just on the ground floor, you kinda feel lack of privacy but if you shut the windows and blinds it won't bother you anymore. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Owner's friend helped me with everything, I never saw the owner. But we were talking by what's app, he seemed kinda nice. Upon check-out nobody came so I just left the keys on the table. That was actually the point I should have become alert, which I didn't of course. Some hours later the owner sent me awful photos of the apartment implying I crashed the tales in the bathroom 😱 greased the sofa 😱 stained and scratched the walls 😱 I was literally so shocked 😲 to be honest, I spent most of my days in the city, came to sleep there at dark. And yeah, I probably didn't even notice these small things in the first place. Not sure if it just was a misunderstanding between us because the owner travels a lot too as I take it (and perhaps rarely sees the flat) or it was a scheme of sorts. But it definitely spoilt my mood for the evening! And left me completely dumbfounded. The photos he blackmailed me with are attached. Be careful 🥺
