Everything! The space, A/C, washer and dryer, location!

The lobby is the only thing I didn’t care for. It looks dirty and since the garbage cans are kept inside for the most part, it has a typical smell. BUT the value is amazing….

NOTHING!!!

EVERYTHING!!!! You have to go through a bouncer to get inside the building. The gate is blocked by drunk people from the nightclub on the ground floor with the smell of stinky alcohol and shady people. We couldn’t sleep because of the beat of the nightclub music until early hours of the morning!!! There was no towels no water in the shower!!!! And when we contacted the property he declined our access kicked us out and told us to contact booking.com for a full refund. Which we did but got absolutely the worst customer service from booking.com giving us “their apology” and a voucher of 100€ !!!!! Such a shameful behavior!

Great communication, perfect location, all facilities available

It’s perfect for two but definitely too small for 3 especially that u have to pull n make the sofa every night to a bed then turn it again to sofa in the morning to be able to move in the small space. Yet it did the job. Never mind all the comments about an old building or whatever that was not an issue at all.

Good location. Nice interior. Secure wireless door entry. Good bedroom, bathroom and large kitchen considering cosy apartment size.

Generally the building that the apartment is in is a bit seedy. Elevators were broken, corridors are very dingy - basically its unwelcoming and not a pleasant aesthetic. This is misleading because the apartment itself was great.

Right in the middle of all shopping and historical buildings in city.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped.

Great locaton. Very tight but efficient apartment--it had everything we needed, though I would not recommend for more than 2 adults due to the tight space. It was well equiped and convenient to come and go. Communication was easy and prompt by text.

The remote lock would sometimes malfunction but would eventually resolve. There was little light from the windows that face the inside of the building.

The apartment was extremely small, and there were no comfortable chairs. There were uncomfortable bar stools. The closets were good. The kitchen was good. The bath was tight, but efficient. The Living area was bad - no way to be truly comfortable. We never saw the manager. A young man cleaning the room gave us the keys. We had several challenges with the locking system on the main door. The Manager/owner talked to us over the phone about the issue but his explanation did not help. After being locked out twice, we found another tenant who show us the trick for resetting the lock from the outside of the room. He was a lifesaver. We were there for 9 days but there was never a change of the bed-clothes or the towels. We were basically on our own. The entry into the building and the halls were dirty. Graffiti was all over the elevator and the building. There appeared to be no meaningful care for the building. The apartment was clean and well kept. On the weekends, a bar on the first floor and a social club on the second floor were noisy all night long.

The small tight space was depressing. The dirty building was a disappointment. For what was offered the price was exorbitant.
