Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna, na najwyższym poziomie, dbają o komfort gości. Bardzo polecam- apartament tuż obok hotelu, duży i świetnie wyposażony. Na duzy plus parking podziemny.

"Overall stay was not pleasant as kids need to be authorised all the time etc. Property need renovation"

We did read reviews about the property and thought all will be great but over all when you stay with kids there safety always comes first. Which we didn’t feel.

Property been informed to have extra towels as stay was more than 2 night so answer Was OK, electric wires been left naked open by the living area wall. Lights button not working, big marks on walls. No microwave, shelf in the kitchen not working scared to use once open struggle to shut again. Sockets were loose from the walls…
