Nothing it was a horrible experience. Nothing like the picture it’s like a dungeon as all windows are covered with construction work and workers everywhere. It is also dusty and dirty I left the place did not stay beyond first night from my 5 night stay and paid without them refunding even with this

Property was in a excellent location, which was within 2 minute walk to nearest metro station and 5/10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. Bedrooms were all spacious with large comfortable beds. Living area and kitchen was open plan and enough seating to accommodate large groups. Overall excellent.

location was superb - easily accessible to most of the sights in downtown madrid. the place was large and spacious and had plenty of rooms.

out of the 4 toilets one of them had no hot water. the rest are fine.

Great location, spacious roomy apartment, helpful knowledgeable staff. Everything you need in the kitchen including coffee machine, big fridge, cooking equipment.

The rooms overlooking the main square were noisy on Saturday and Friday night until about 6:00 am

Everything. Great location, close to the centre of the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well provided with crockery, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. Emilio was our contact for our stay, answering our queries promptly and booking our taxi to the airport.

Can be noisy at night as close to bars and a disco.

Basically everything, the responsiveness of the host, the apartment itself, the location I honestly don't see anything that I did not like.
