"Appartamento grazioso nel cuore di Madrid"

L'appartamento è sito in una piazza centrale a pochi passa da piazza major. Il quartiere è molto carino e pieno di locali. L'affaccio sulla pizza è molto piacevole e non c'è troppo casino. Inoltre la casa ha un fascino particolare, piena di libri, videocassette, diapositive sul mondo del cinema e della arti grafiche in generale.

La pulizia in generale non era al TOP. Inoltre alcune rifiniture della casa, possono essere migliorate.

Ubicación muy buena en el barrio la Latina

Moho en los armarios de la cocina donde estaban los vasos y platos. Piso reformado pero con algún retoque por hacer (cambiar puertas, actualizar baños). Para un finde está bien.

La struttura si trova nel quartiere la latina, ottima posizione per visistare la citta e nei dintorni ci sono tanti locali e ristoranti. L'appartamento è risultato molto confortevole per ospitare 5 adulti, ben arredato e spazioso. Un'ottima esperienza!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is close to the city center, yet located in a quiet area without noise. The hosts are extremely kind and accommodating, always ready to help, and they even allowed an early check-in on January 1st!
