Location was exceptional. Clean and tidy and perfect views of the city. Access to the garage due to having motorbikes, again brilliant.

Could be if it from a smart tv so guests can utilise their own media accounts is Netflix’s.

Great Place

Location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and is a really nice apartment. Private and very safe parking was included and is an excellent addition.

Bare minimum in terms of bed clothes, pillows, and towels. (1 x medium towel per person for a three night stay - no additional supplies of towels available). There were additional pillows and duvets there, but no covers. There was no kettle in the kitchen and only one wine glass.

very clean and big apartment with all the conditions for a comfortable stay. A beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the city. Also, there are Mercadona supermarket and famous street of Cider under the house

The host was very communicative, waited for us outside the property. The flat is very spacious, beautiful, well located with great views of Oviedo and a fantastic terrace . Easy to get in and out of Oviedo too. The blinds made it nice and dark to sleep and it was pretty quiet. TV had only main channels. Wi-fi was sufficient all around the flat. Kitchen well equipped, but we didn't cook indoors. Nice, powerful walk in shower. Host left some shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and washing up liquid for consume. Garage access was great as the parking is a nightmare in Spain. The car was left safe overnight in a lock up garage directly accessed by the flat. Alberto was a welcoming host.

It lacked sufficient disposable bins in the flat. Just one in the kitchen with a much smaller bin liner than needed. Disposing of the rubbish was also a bit of a faff, as you have to bring it outside on specific times of the day (but that is not the hosts fault, but an Oviedo rule). The pillows were also not great, but there were plenty of it to pile them up.

This apartment stay was perfect in every way. Friendly and helpful host. Sparkling clean. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you’ll need. The terrace is amazing!! What a fantastic view! We cooked dinner together and ate outside one evening. What a fabulous way to start our Camino! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
