Wonder Apartments

The apartment is very well located and all the checking process was smooth and perfect. We asked to check in earlier and there was no problem, and also after we checked out the lady who is in charge of the property was extremely kind and she allowed us to leave the bags for a couple of hours in the building. Very very helpful lady and extremely friendly. Overall all really good.

The location and proximity to Plaza Mayor.

There was no communication with the host other than the first message. There was no actual sheet on the bed. There is not enough hot water for us to shower. The insulation was not good as you could hear the street noise and neighbors in the apartment. I am glad we were only there for one night. I would not recommend this place.

Great location in the very downtown of Madrid (be ready for noisy street) Clean, easy to get, warm at winter time. Nice bad. Emergency contacts are very helpful. Check out time was kindly agreed to be prolonged a bit due to late arrival.

Did not receive information on how to get to the place. Comunication goes only vis Whatsapp. So, I used emergency numbers when I arrived - very helpful guy! The main numbers did not reply at all. We almost stayed without access.
