"Spacious and bright"

Very spacious with all necessary equipment for our stay. Beautifully and discreetly decorated, with attention to details. We arrived much earlier than their check-in time and our host Javiar was able to meet us in person and let us in the apartment. He walked us through the apartment facilities and provided lots of recommendations for things to do and see. There is a grocery store close by. The accommodation is on a quiet pedestrian street close to the centre and all the restaurants. The main bedroom and living room face another quiet somewhat pedestrian area, fill with light. I am a light sleeper, but during our stay there were not many people outside at night and it was quiet. Very comfortable stay.

A small kettle would have been nice for tea or tisane, although there was a work around.

"Good base to explore Oviedo for young travellers"

It's in the very centre of Oviedo, surrounded by all kinds of amenities you can imagine in a city. It's big and fairly comfortable; the hosts are very friendly.

There were 2 main things: 1. Noise - probably something we could have expected, though it really was noisy. 2. Very strong sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms, rendering it unusable, and the whole stay slightly uncomfortable. To be fair, the hosts expressed their readiness to help with the smell but it might not have been possible as we stayed over the weekend (and the carnival weekend at that).

Me gustó la ubicación, todo cerca para ir andando ,zona de bares y sidrerías a la puerta de casa y sin ruido en el piso porque da para la otra calle paralela que es más tranquila. El piso es amplio y hay de todo. A 10 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses, cerca del Casco Viejo y Catedral. Cama cómoda, limpieza en todo el piso y muy equipado.

Apartamento muy céntrico con un parking muy cerca a buen precio. Camas cómodas. Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio

Las sartenes y algo de menaje de cocina debería de cambiarse.
