Apartments Center Madrid

Location! It was very clean and I like the fact that they required you to take out the garbage and washed the dishes. I think that helps people keep their apartment cleaner.

The shower was not adequate with very low water pressure. There were no bath towels, only face towels.

Quizas podria mejorar algo la limpieza, pero tampoco estaba mal.

The location is great! Hard to beat being right in the middle of Madrid on a quiet street with space, a kitchen, washing machine, and kitchen. The apartment was comfortable and was a good place to stay while visiting.

One of the apartments didn't have a wifi router so there was no free wifi as advertised. I contacted the company through Booking.com to report the missing wifi router and the broken door to the patio (where the washing machine was located) and never received a response. There are signs on the door with very strict rules about how towels are used, where laundry is left, and that the TV and router must still be in place. This scared us that we'd get charged for the wifi router.

The location was fantastic right in the centre of Madrid. The apartment was a great size, clean & well equipped. Good Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants, bars & shops. Most attraction within walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment was functional and overall ok but could be doing with an upgrade. The decor and some of the furniture in the Living room is a bit tired. But was fine for a short stay in the City. It wouldn't put me off using again.

La excelente ubicación

Tenia todos los electrodomésticos necesarios / La cama matrimonial tenia un colchón muy confortable La puerta del estudio era blindada

La ubicación no me gusto para nada en el sentido en que era una calle lateral tipo cortada y el ambiente no era bueno En el caso del lavarropa y el lavavajilla no dejaron ni siquiera una pastilla para que se pudiera usar (Viajas por pocos días y no vas a salir a comprar algo que usas una sola vez, a mi no me parece adecuado) Por otro lado el anfitrión no maneja cortesía ninguna. En otros sitios que alquile me han dejado de todo, inclusive unas pastas para tomar el primer desayuno. El precio es excesivo para lo que brindan y encima hay que dejar un deposito de 100 euros a la entrada.
