"Bad place to stay"

No aircon as advertised and when I asked them they would not do anything and told me i could have my money back after I unpacked and managed to fined a parking spot this was at 18.30. They was not interested in any faults as long as they take your money. Keep away from these cowboys

Aircon not working dirty bathroom utensils kitchen very poor and in need of upgrade

"Very disappointed - not as advertised"

Decor and interior decorating in the apartment was modern. The washing machine was convenient.

It was 37 degrees in madrid and the air conditioning in the apartment was non existent , it doesn't work, I specifically booked the place for the AC. It made our stay very uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. Don't advertise that you have AC if it's non functional. There was a stainless steel stove top kettle which leaked water all over the counter, so could not be used, the microwave was old and stained inside , and I didn't even use the iron after looking at it- appliances need a serious upgrade. There were stains on the linen. The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable and slanted backwards . Was an uncomfortable stay.

Place is tired and needs attention. Shower had broken doors with one missing and leaking ceiling. Sheets need replacing.

"Lovely spacious property, clean and good value."

The property had a vast range of amenities and it was in a more suburban area of Madrid which was quiet and culturally immersive. The place was very clean and spacious! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here a lot!

The shower needs a little bit of attention. The water changed from hot to cold to hot within 1mm of changing the tap. The TV wasn’t the best but not a big deal in the bigger picture.
