Central location, comfortable

The apartament looks and feels nice.

We were messaged that the apartament is ready 30 min earlier so we decided to go there 14:30. It wasn't ready. When we informed the owner, suddenly it was our fault as we were expected to arrive on 15:00. The cleaning ended 15:30 anyway.... Half an hour after check in time. It's popular in Italy to request guests to take their own trash but we found this passive agressive tone very rude. "If you prefer not to take away the rubbish or wash the dishes, our cleaning company can do it for you for an extra charge of €30.00."

Very central place, nice flat, clean and spacious . Check-in/-out was no problem. Nice stay!

The air con didn't work properly. The apartment manager acknowledged this but it's not good enough in summer, quite uncomfortable to sleep. Also the couch is sticky, it's not a comfortable material, maybe they should get a couch cover. Also typically if you pay a cleaning fee for such a short stay they should take out the rubbish, it's a bit ridiculous to have to take it out yourself and pay for a cleaning fee 🤔.

Iwan, the guy who works for the owner (a Dutch company) is great and extremly helpful.

A/C does not really work. When it is permantly working temperature is never below 25 degree Celsius.

The location in the middle of the beautiful city of Padua. The apartment is very large and quiet.

Shower was broken (but the staff repaired it quickly after we had called them). Window in sleeping room was broken. Apartment was not perfectly clean.

Position amazing, apartment quite big and host very professional and easy to contact.

The cleaning needs to improve a lot, especially considering that they charge you 50 Euros extra for deep cleaning. At my arrival the bathroom was dirty, the fridge had small pieces of foods all over and also the kitchen needed some cleaning. Also for the price I would expect an easier way to get the key, so I do not have to wait 15 minutes if I arrive earlier as well as more than 1 little spoon in the whole kitchen, so when my colleagues came to work there we did not have to share it to just get a coffee. I was quite surprise also that there were no espresso machine to use. I usually find better equipped kitchen in less expensive apartments. A decent shampoo wouldn't hurt either, instead of using the same battle, one has to use for the hands. Finally the bathroom (especially the shower) needs some good cleaning and refreshing, and a wall with dirty staff on (food, blood? not clear) just next to the kitchen table, does not make it very pleasant to eat there. I suggest to hire different cleaning staff and much more attention to details.
