Clean, cosy and comfortable apartment right in the heart of the historic city centre. Practically furnished, ideal for solo travellers or business trip. The area was quiet at night.

I would have appreciated a stronger stream of water in the shower. The freezer needs defrosting. The kettle needs replacing.

Property was central to town and public transport. It felt very homely, was very clean and the washing machine was greatly appreciated. Easy check in process and owners were easy to communicate with.

Hot water ran out after a short time. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods which was disappointing. Worth noting that there is no elevator in the building, be prepared to lug your suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

Very charming apartment, clean and very well kept! Walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and the university. I was there to take my exams so it was important for me to stay in a quiet location... and it certainly was! Communication with host was online but instructions were very clear and concise! I would totally come back!

The location suited me as the family live nearby

Breakfast was not included. Location was quiet but quite a walk to buses and dining. We forgot a jacket in the closet and the owners surpassed all my hopes and did agree to mail it to us even though postage was high and they added approx. 15 euro to the price to pay their helper to walk to the post and mail it.

All we were provided was the street name. No house number. Arriving, we didn't know where our unit was. A local angel took time to call Booking and the owner to obtain the address. We did not have internet to obtain any help until being let into the apartment which we were denied by the owner because they claimed to not have received our passport info which would have been easy to provide again if we had either internet or if someone would have taken time to meet us at the property but we were alone on the street in a foreign land without the ability to speak the language. And being away from a busy area, there were virtually no other people available to ask help of. The owners refused us entry until they received the documents until they actually found same in their records. This was terrifying. What were we to do?

What an adorable place. I wish I could stay here much longer. Had everything I needed - mini kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and space to open luggage and lounge around. Wifi was fast and strong, never disconnected. Bed was comfy. Check in was easy and self explanatory. Note - no elevator and this room is in the attic. You'll have to drag your luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. Super quiet and on a side street. Convenient 10 min walk to Prato and 10 min walk to Scrovegni. I recommend taking the tram or bus to the nearest stop.

Dishes were a bit dusty. Microwave hasn't been dusted in a while - smelled like smoke after a minute. No drying rack for clothes despite having a laundry machine.

The room is spacious and comfortable. It was very well equipped and everything worked well. Check-in process was very straightforward. Any questions were answered immediately.

The location was great. It was quiet, but central. I found everything I needed for my stay in the apartment or nearby. The communication was great and it was easy to get into the apartment.

I used public transport, so everything was fine. But I could imagine finding a parking space could be tricky in the small narrow roads.
