Borgo Portello

This sweet little studio apartment has everything you need for a short break. Situated in a student area, close to a lively bar, it is an easy walk to cafes and restaurants, the station, and the old town with wonderful attractions. Chiara the host communicated well and helped us settle in, even lending us bicycles to explore.

The bar gets very lively, especially on a Saturday night. Good soundproofing keeps most of it at bay but bring your earplugs if you need total silence. Nothing to do with host but book well in advance for Scrovengi chapel - it sells out & we were disappointed to miss it.

Lovely little studio apartment. About a 15 min walk to centre of Padova. Supermarket nearby. Really thoughtful touches in the apt by host (sewing kit, maps, fresh coffee, airing rack - the list is endless). Chiara met us and explained everything. Really recommend. 25 min walk to station so we went to Venice for the day by train. Easy travel to Verona too.

The apartment was nice and cosy. The area was young and with lots of restaurants and nice cheap places.

The apartment was simply wonderful. Although it is not large, it is very sophisticatedly designed and has space for six people very comfortably, two pleasant bathrooms and a garden. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need: washing machine, stove, refrigerator, pots, kitchen utensils and more. The location is excellent, there is a lovely bar/restaurant next to the house and other restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, a supermarket a few meters away. The house is also very close to the canal and you can sit there in the cafe overlooking the canal - a really magical place. A lot of students in the area, which gives a feeling of great vitality. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away, where all the ancient sites of the city are located. The owners of the apartment, Chiara and Francesco, are wonderful and answered our every request. In short, highly recommend.

The accommodation was great as was the location. Near the city centre and quiet at night. You can walk from there all around town. The host was very welcoming.

Cozy little condo with everything needed in the right location, 15 min walk from the center of Padova. Didn't get to meet the host but he was very responsive over WhatsApp.

Our hosts were very kind. You can feel that they do everything for the comfort of their guests. Nice messages and infos on the walls about the apartment, about the city, the region etc. . The apartment is very cute, and stylish. We had some problems, and we had a lot of help from them to solve it.
