PK illusions

The house is in a quiet spot not far from Maleny town. the two bedroom apartment was spacious and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful owners and their two dogs also friendly. The house has a wood fire for chilly nights and a nice outdoor area with outdoor fireplace. Breakfast supplies were plentiful.

an oven would be a nice addition to the otherwise well equipped kitchen.

A beautiful hamper was left with the most amazing bread, jam, avocados, fruits, cereal, bacon and oh my goodness their own eggs from their hens. Plus chocolate and wine. Location was easy to find and we were greeted by Patrick when we arrived.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay and the property. It was beyond our expectations. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and had the most amazing time thanks so the beautiful hosts and their amazing home.

Glenene and her husband Patrick had created a very attractive space. The gardens were lovely also.

I am terribly sorry but Patrick didn't stop coming over, just a knock and he'd open the door. I said a number of times that I was getting breakfast and to excuse me, he stayed for nearly an hour talking about himself. The following morning ( by this time he had come over uninvited 4 times ! We had not been there for 24 hours). I was coming out of the shower and he commented on how I looked three times. Telling me I looked beautiful. I found this most unwelcome, he also tried to hug me each time he came on over. He badgered my 92 yr old mother about how she should buy a boom box because he had made us CDs, we said no thank you and so he went next door and turned up the music to a very loud level. My mother told him that she didn't like dogs, both mornings he bought his two rottweilers and opened the door for them to come into the lounge where my mother was sitting. When we left, 5 times I told him we did not need help, I came out with my mother's luggage and he had my mother at the top of a flight of stairs and had moved her walker and taken her cane, she was nowhere near anything to hold onto. She needs a lot of help with stairs. She is 92 years of age! I was finally and absolutely moved to fury ! I looked him in the face and told him to back away from my mother. My heart was pounding. I was astounded at his level of abuse in his position as a landlord. The accommodation was nice but you would have to move the decorations to put any of your own things down. Gleanene was a very nice lady and Patrick seemed like that at the first meeting but he was intrusive, and without any level of boundaries, and also passive-aggressive when we didn't want his CDs. My mother and I kept our blinds down which blocked the pleasant view because of the male host. I had come from overseas to spend time with my Mum and had saved to pay for this accommodation. I do not recommend it at all

Very comfortable. the owners were very accomodating. was supplied all that we needed to cook through the weekend the breakfast goods supplied were great and fresh. Can not rate this place high enough. Definitely will return
