Ikaria Village Maisonette 12

Everything was built with the idea of comfort, energy efficiency and space. The swimming pool was perfect and clean. The kitchen was very well equiped and we were able to cook and bake nice stuff. The owners were available, helpful and friendly. It was possible to park besides our home for free.

Only negative point was the view to the main road from the terrace, but even in that regard, it was still a nice place to see the sunset, it was calm in the evening and it was possible to have additional shadow.

The location is excellent, near to beaches and also to the city center. The apartment was perfectly clean, and the hosts were so nice and helpful. The community pool is huge and clean. Everything feels like you are in a 5 star hotel. They also ran a car rental, we rent a car from them for a week.

The facilities are brand new. The pool is very clean and almost private. Leo is a wonderful host. Every thing you need for a good vacation is in the villa.

We liked everything

Very nice, fully equipped flat. Pool nearby and not many people around (in August) There was everything we need. We have arrived late and found water and juice in a fridge :)

One and only disadvantage is a street nearby

Good location - facilities excellent - really clean and kitchen fully fitted for self catering with everything including dish washer and washing machine. Lovely bathroom with shower and 15 mins for hot water. Air con brilliant in all rooms. Hosts (Christina and Leo) really attentive and so helpful, nothing too much trouble. I was staying on my own and really looked out for me. Car hire available from there - which you do need if there for more than a few days but again easy to arrange and excellent choice of cars. Brilliant sea view to watch sunsets sat on the patio. Only used the pool once, really nice but needed to wait for sun to go down - could do with some umbrella's. Even allowed me to stay longer on last day - due to my late check out. Great place and would certainly return and hire a car! Thank you both

Nothing at all with apartment -could not fault. Only issue was no local shops for food if self catering and need a car.
