No nos gusto el hecho de que hacia muchisimo calor dentro del apartamento y no se podia dormir , solamente habia un ventilador en el salon que lo estuvo utilizando nuestro hijo que durmio ahi pero en la habitacion donde tuvimos que dormir mi mujer y yo no habia nada y me parece que aunque no haya aire acondicionado cosa que ya sabiamos que menos que un ventilador de techo que cuesta dos gordas ponerlo y no tener que soportar ese calor que no nos dejo dormir ni medianamente bien

Ruido: la calle está muy próxima y los motores de coches y camiones molestan por la noche y de madrugada. Ausencia de climatización.

Estaba todo muy Nuevo y limpio. Muy cómodo . Nos ha gustado mucho. Ideal para dos personas.

Lo peor era el garaje para el coche, de difícil entrada y salida.
