Die Lage ist sehr günstig für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küche war , bis auf den viel zu kleinen Backofen, gut ausgestattet, es gab einige Basisdinge wie Salz/ Zucker, die die Vorgänger da gelassen hatten.

Man sieht der Küche und den anderen Räumen leider an, das der Eigentümer nicht vor Ort ist = kaputte Schränke, defekte Tür vom Tiefkühlfach, sehr quietschendes Ehebett. Wenn man tatsächlich mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung wohnen wollen würde, müsste der Esstisch umgestellt werden, weil wegen der Dachschräge eigentlich nur 2 Personen an dem Tisch gut sitzen können. Die Treppe zu dem 3. Schlafzimmer ist so steil, das nur Menschen die sicher Treppensteigen, sie benutzen sollten. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradunterstand für E-bikes wäre ein Gewinn für diese Wohnung !
