the apartment was in a good location

Vanessa was unapproachable and not listening to our requests. The patio door to the balcony would not lock and was told that the area was safe! but this was sorted out. the apartment wasn’t the cleanest snd looking very tired! We were in the apartment for 11 nights over the Christmas period, we asked for clean towels/sheets after the 6th day, then on a daily basis! despite the information on booking.com stating clean towels and sheets will be provided every 7 days!! which we never received. We found this totally unacceptable.
