The unit is lovely, it has all the amenities mentioned in the ad. It is clean. It is the perfect unit for a stay for a group of 8.

1. The gravel road to get to the unit is long, and absolutely terrible. You need an SUV/4x4 type of vehicle. 2. The communication around the fireman that is currently in place at the reserve. We only received the information on check in day. We had plans to make a fire in the boma area. That was one of the criteria we used to select the unit. 3. The swimming pool was extremely dirty. There was absolutely no effort to ensure that the pool would be usable for visitors. The pool was also one of the criteria we used to select the unit. There was no communication from the host. We reported it as soon as we checked in on Friday. No response. A follow up on Saturday, and we were asked to take pictures of the pool. And that someone would be sent over to clean it. Nothing. This was the biggest let down of the weekend. It was horrible customer service, and it was totally disrespectful, considering the money we paid. We still haven't received an apology, no explanation, or any kind of display of remorse from the host

The views of nature were stunning it’s such a beautiful place

The fact that you drive in gravel to get to the property there were was no complimentary essentials like sugar, tea or coffee etc. also I think it would be nice to have a cleaning lady close by. Also the pool was not pleasing
