Beautiful location with modern fittings and fixtures. We enjoyed doing pilates looking out to the ocean every morning. Coffee machine with complimentary pods for coffees was appreciated for early mornings relaxing on the deck listening to the birds and waves. Own personal path straight on to the beach. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking items to use. Comfortable bed. Huge shower head, felt like a gentle waterfall. ✨️ personal parking. We could happily live there 😀

There was no commentary milk supplied for coffee. I would suggest beach towels or bath sheets, especially in warmer months for swimming. Very minor things.

We love staying at the Cliff House. This is our first time staying in Hancock upstairs we usually stay in Ryan downstairs. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with carpeted floors lovely in the winter. The bathrooms have been renovated and have lovely fittings, washing machine. The bed is very comfy. Reverse cycle in the bedroom and lounge area. The electric recliner chairs are fantastic wonderful for relaxing and looking at the bay. The view is outstanding and very quiet. There is a cafe at the jetty which is lovely for a meal. Port Hughes fish and chip shop is a short drive south along the coast. Moonta is a short drive and has everything you need IGA, restaurants, cafes, beautiful parks. Wallaroo and Kadina are around the same distance from Moonta. Wallaroo has lovely shops to browse and the ferry to go across the bay for a day trip. Kadina is inland and has Aldi, Woolworth, BWS, K-hub, specialty shops. Moonta mines and the history in the area is worth having a look at, the train trip is very interesting and the lolly shop yum. Maitland is a short drive down the road. Clare valley is a nice day trip for some delicious wines. The York Peninsula is a must see and the sunsets are incredible.
