Cool, comfortable room in Mostar. The view of the river from the terrace was lovely, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

The shower desperately needed a door!

The apartment was modern, spacious and at a quiet location. The shutters would completely black out the room so we slept amazing.

A door in the shower to keep the water in would be very helpful.

Near to the center. Clean. Awesome balcony. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Secure.

There was no parking spot

The apartment is furnished in a modern way. There are shutters to really darken the rooms at night. The location is quite good and in walking distance of the old town.

- The apartment smelled of smoke when we entered even though it was declared a non-smoking apartment with a 250€ fine in case of violation. Apparently this is not controlled/fined - the owner/manager is responsive but not very accommodating. When we asked for an alternative apartment he offered us a smaller apartment without a kitchen, which did not work for us since we needed the kitchen. Also no discount was offered for the inconvenience of sleeping in a smoke smelling apartment. - The bathroom is very dark. - Some of the lights did not work (i.a. In the bedroom). - There is no one around in case of a problem. We only met the cleaning lady who did not speak English. - only cash payment - We had to announce the check-out time in advance which is inflexible - no parking directly at the property. You have to hope to get a space on the street or on a nearby square which costs 10€ per day.

Shower didn’t have enough hot water even for one of us to shower and leaked Host wanted cash payment so beware of that otherwise he will say pay via PayPal with an additional 5%fee still can’t find where it allegedly states this on booking.com and have sent screenshots to prove this Bedside lamps covered in dust not cleaned for a long time by looks of it Host very persistent in messages about arrival and checking out messaging us from 8.30am in morning asking when we are checking out even though check out isn’t until 10 and despite check out being self service and not requiring you to meet anyone so not sure why he needed to know. Only 1 pillow per person

The bed was pretty comforatable, has wifi, smart tv.

Cold apartment, even with floor heating (the one who installed that should go to jail) and ac (that doesent work properly aswell), the bathroom was really cold. I wouldn't recomend staying there during winter, fall or colder spring. It said it has a view, even had pictures, but from the apartment there is no view. You can only see some bushes. Noisy, very bad insulation, we were constantly bothered by some people who were going outside, and just smacking the door at the end of the hallway like it was a ufc match. You can hear everything from the hallway.
