Kleine Wohnung in Areeiro mit zwei Balkonen. Die Lage im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug hat mich persönlich nicht gestört, hatte aber kaum Gepäck. Internetverbindung war gut. Mini Markt ganz nah, Pingo Doce ca. 500m entfernt Richtung Olaias.

Der Abfluss von der Dusche war verstopft und hat bis in die komplette Wohnung stark gerochen. Nirgends gab es Möglichkeiten ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, Seife gab’s auch nicht wirklich. Alles ist recht simple ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas lieblos. Kaffee oder Tee waren leider nicht vorhanden. Die Seite, wo das Einzelbett steht ist etwas laut, bzw hörte ich viele Geräusche von den Nachbarn. Auch hier keine Möglichkeit eine Jacke aufzuhängen, kein Stuhl um etwas abzulegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin fand ich mangelhaft. Ich hatte vorzeitig gefragt, ob ich auch schon um 14:00 einchecken könnte. Darauf bekam ich keine Antwort. Als ich um kurz vor 15:00 Uhr vor der Wohnung stand hatte ich immer noch keine Check-in Daten und musste anrufen.

Clean, lots of space, easy to find, easy check in and check out. Restaurants and stores nearby. Close to airport.

No A/C and it wasn’t mentioned that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Property canceled on us at the last minute while we were mid flight from Australia to Lisbon, arriving at 11.30pm with no alternative accommodation. The reason given was that they were overbooked. However, we had booked 2 months in advance.

It has 2 bedrooms. Clean kitchen and bathroom.

The 3 flights of stairs were not mentioned in the advertisement. For 70 yr olds with bags it was terrible to get up to the apartment. Had to get a friend from Sintra to taxi over to help. No lights in the stairs either when coming home at night. The property had no soap or any tea coffee milk or sugar. It is very bare. But it was cheaper price but in nz dollars was still $250 a night so that's expensive for us. So we expected a lot more, especially tea coffee etc. But the stairs should have been mentioned. Very important slip up

The location was convenient for us but not really recommended as the best for visiting Lisbon.

The apartment is old and basic, the bathroom and shower nearly in unacceptable state.
