Central Apartment in Architectural Street

Everything was perfect, the hosts were very kind and attentive...I would return without thinking about it...!!🤗 the apartment is all very new and super clean...!!

Location is very central, the apartment is very tidy and clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils, seasoning, teas, towels ect. The host was very easy to communicate with and directions were clear. We really appreciated the milk in the fridge and coffee and cereals already there as we have arrived very late and that just meant that we were sorted for the morning. Also there is a portable heater ( I don’t think anyone will need it though as the flat central heating was very very warm ) as well as you will find a fan in the wardrobe if you need it.

We didn’t mind at all as we are use to it, as we only had small hand carry bags, but something to note is that there is no lift as it’s a traditional style building in the city centre (to be honest only very tall block of flats have lifts in Lithuania so it’s totally normal) so if you have loads of luggage to carry bare in mind that it’s on the 4th floor.

Apartment is very good and clean. They put everything for your stay. Like wash machine and dish washer detergents, towels, extra blankets, iron and its table, drying rack, electronic heater…. In kitchen you found kitchen tools, some spices, tea, coffee, milk and also an olive oil you can find😊. Location of apartment very good. You can walk to center like 4-5min. To much opportunity in online orders. Easy to park your car front of the building for free. Homeowner is so kind. They let you know about everything before you arrive and answer your all questions quickly. And last apartment is very very warm during the weather like -1/-2 C, normally in other apartments or hotels in this country not hot like this apartment. It’s so important.

One window at kitchen area don’t have curtains so there is an ongoing big construction opposite the house, the workers there can see you very easily. A little bit privacyless. Also, that construction is very noisy. But if you are staying in the city center, you should take these into consideration.😊 The other curtains of the house are also very thin, so they do not provide full coverage. Other than that, a small detail: the house is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

Functional clean and well equiped Spacious. Great shower. Kitchen good.

The common parts such as landing need attention particularly exposed wiring. Returning the key to the lock box is a tricky operation in the dark as the lights don’t stay on for long.

Very nice modern apartment with everything you could possibly need. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Location is excellent. Highly recommended.
